Villa Begonie

Villa Begonie is a modern style building, built around the wonderful view onto the Cala di Volpe bay. The south-facing wall is in fact completely occupied by large windows that give the rooms light and airiness. The living room served by a comfortable bathroom, separated from the dining area by a few steps, opens onto the veranda, equipped with a sitting area sheltered from the hottest rays of the sun by a triangular awning. The veranda leads to the solarium completely covered with teak wood that surrounds the heated swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms in the main building overlook the solarium, both with safe, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. On the upper level the master bedroom also with built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. Outside, a flight of stairs leads to a fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The last room, always double located on the front of the property, is accessed by an internal passage. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, has a room for the staff, with an en-suite bathroom and a laundry room.
