Villa Romantica

The villa is located in Porto Cervo, a few steps away from the center of the village. Perfectly integrated with its surrounding environment, thanks to the natural stone cladding, the villa has an amazing sea view. The two-floor house has been refurbished in 2018 and decorated with a contemporary artistic style. The entrance leads into a wide living area with a very high wooden ceiling where comfortable sofas are surrounded by contemporary design and art pieces. Through an arch, we reach the dining room, with a massive twelve-sit square table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has its dedicated access. The wide dining room window looks over the garden, with the pool and the wonderful sea view. On two sides of the living room, there is access to two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor, and it has a sea view. A glass door and an outside corridor lead to an independent double room.  Downstairs, on the opposite side of the internal court, there are two more double bedrooms. All the bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms. A further room is dedicated to the staff. The Villa has a security camera system and double private parking.
