Villa Smeralda in Portisco was designed by the well-known Italian architect Ferdinando Fagnola. Recently completed, it was built following the most sophisticated building techniques and is completely isolated and soundproofed.

Its garden arrives directly on the sea, a few meters from the nearest white sand beach.
